Information we collect
Account details, membership choices, payment status, event registrations, donation contact details and messages you intentionally submit. Payment card data is handled by the configured payment provider and is not stored by HumanHood.

Why we use it
To operate membership, provide documents, send event invitations, process contributions, prevent abuse and respond to requests.

Storage and providers
Production data is designed for PostgreSQL on AWS RDS, private documents in encrypted S3 storage and transactional email through AWS SES. Provider access is limited to operational needs.

Retention and control
Operational records are kept only as long as required for membership, legal, accounting and safety needs. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
